The Townson Company is an outsourced Construction Project Management firm with Headquarters in Dallas, TX.  We also have offices in St. Louis, MO, New Orleans, LA and Los Angeles, CA. We are LEED Green Associates and have successfully managed projects Nationwide since 1999. The Townson Company has successfully managed over 2,000 projects with capital expenditures of over $500M for major national retailers throughout the United States and Canada. We understand the importance of schedules, budgets, communication, and customer satisfaction and that these are critical elements in effective and successful project management. You can turn over an incredible project, but if the time line is not met, you go over budget, and your internal or external customers are not happy, it is not a successful project.

The Townson Company is involved in the process from the time the site is selected through lease/construction exhibit review, site surveys, due diligence, City approvals, permitting, construction drawings, contractor negotiations, project management and close out. As an outside resource, we currently represent some of the largest companies in the country.

Kevin Townson

Kevin Townson

President and LEED Green Associate

Kevin founded The Townson Company in 1999 where he currently serves as President and CEO.

Kevin is a LEED Green Associate, and is certified through the International Council of Shopping Centers as a Senior Design and Development Professional (CDP, CRX).

Kevin has used his 25+ years of experience in retail and restaurant construction and development to form what has become recognized as one of the nation’s top construction project management firms.

The Townson Company has successfully managed multiple nationwide projects for a diverse group of retailers including Nike, Converse, Cole Haan, Williams-Sonoma, Charlotte Russe (and Lemon Pop), True Religion, Nautica, Kipling,

H & M, Gap Inc. (Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Outlets), Fossil, New York & Company and Wrangler.

Kevin is a graduate of Cal State.  His exceptional business practices and project management expertise have made him and The Townson Company one of the most prestigious outsourced project management firms in the United States.

Terry Eastman

Terry Eastman

Senior Project Manager and LEED Green Associate

Terry joined The Townson Company in 2017 as Senior Project Manager and brings with him over 30 years of retail construction experience.  Terry has worked with retailers both big and small, both as in-house representation and as a contracted consultant.

Terry started his retail construction career managing several different California retail locations for Edison Brothers Stores before being promoted to their world headquarters in St. Louis Missouri.  There he started as an Assistant CPM for the Jeans West/Oak Tree chains before being promoted to CPM for the 5-7-9 Shop chain where he opened over three hundred locations in a little over eight years.

Terry then spent seven years as an account manager for a national lighting supplier before returning to his roots as a Construction Project Manager working as a consultant and client representative.  He has successfully managed projects for such national retailers as Lucy Activewear, Merrell, 7 for all Mankind, Splendid, Scotch and Soda, Vera Bradley, Converse and Nike.

Terry is a member of the ICSC, is a LEED Green Associate and is backed by strong credentials with a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions.

Joe Dembrun

Senior Project Manager

Joe joined the Townson Company in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager.  Joe has more than 30 years of experience in retail construction and development and is well versed in the lifecycle of retails store development.

Joe has served in many facets of retail throughout his extensive career, ranging from construction management to operations and in corporate leadership as VP of Construction.  In each role that Joe has served, he has proven himself as a an expert in managing project and client expectations, as well as a great team leader and collaborator.

Joe is a graduate of University of New Orleans.  Joe’s attention to detail and high leve of expertise makes him a valued member of the Townson Company team.

John Gatturna

John Gatturna

Senior Project Manager

John is an experienced construction project manager with strong analytical skills that drive productivity and ensure project timeline. His experience includes managing both ground up and in-line projects.

He joined the Townson Company in 2017.  John has more than 30 years of experience in retail construction project management specifically linked to retail apparel with Wet Seal, Tilly’s and Hot Topic.  He has also managed corporate office interior build outs.

John has also served as the Director of Construction where he successfully worked with a team of project managers in implementing the retailer’s expansion and renovation goals.

He is a graduate of Mount San Antonio College and has quickly become an asset to The Townson Company because of his expert skill set.

Roni Townson

Roni Townson

VP of Marketing and Business Development

Roni has been involved in sales and business development in the retail industry since 1985.  She started as a sales person for the retail headquarter publication, Chain Store Age, and then moved into the role of director of marketing for the magazine.  Roni also ran the conference division of the magazine where she created content used at the retail industry trade shows SPECS and XSPECS to educate retail construction executives and their teams.

Roni serves the Townson Company in marketing and business development for the organization.  She also manages the internal administrative functions for the company which includes the coordination of both internal and outsourced resources to ensure seamless company operations.

Roni is a graduate of Rutgers University and is a member of ICSC.
